Dear Boss,

As you may already know, I will be leaving today, and would wish to convey my gladness in having been here and working under your diligent supervision. I am truly grateful that I have received so much help and support from you.

In particular, Amy Master from Human Resource team guided me through the training program. Her coaching style is unique and I will always remember what she taught me.

In my years having learned and watched the great team you head, I depart feeling confident of my abilities in this challenging industry. My cell phone number remains the same. Please call me any time you may need to.

Dear All,

As most of you know, I am moving away to ....... due to personal reasons. Tomorrow is my last day at work and I cannot leave without bidding you all farewell.

In the past ..... years/months that I have worked for this company, I have learned tremendously. If not for your constant support and encouragement I would not have been able to perform my duties so well. Professionally, I have gained a lot of knowledge and I shall always cherish this as one of the most satisfying phases in my career.

Personally, I have shared a special bonding with all of you and I shall take away with me cherished memories of our times together. I look forward to any of you visiting me in ............. and if there is anything I can do for you from there, please do let me know.
