Purpose of a Farewell Letter

The intent of this letter is to inform your client regarding the following:

➤ Date on which your current position ends.
➤ The reason you are leaving.
➤ Any change in your contact details, in case the client needs to contact you.
➤ Name and contact number of the person who will henceforth, deal with the client.
